The Position

Lab Technician

Job Summary

• Support engineers/scientists to conduct solvent based paint coating, adhesive and plastics process and performance evaluation;

• Support engineers/scientists to minerals pre-process, testing and analyse;

• Independently complete daily experiments with proven SOP/testing methods;

• Summarize/analyze the testing results and output the testing report;

• Complete the calibration of the equipment, carry out regular lab safety audit, keeping the equipment in efficient usage status;

• Effectively work on their own schedule and time arrangement, and can successfully complete the task under the corresponding guidance;

• Use standard instruments and new equipment, and be able to improve standard equipment to suit new test requirements

• Standardize lab work flows and complement the equipment operation procedures

• Obey all the lab safety critical rules
