Job Purpose
The Salesforce Administrator plays a crucial role in the maintenance and optimization of this CRM platform. This role is responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting various CRM tools and features, translating business needs into Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and support users across the organization. Working closely with business units, the Salesforce Administrator gathers requirements, and manages platform updates to ensure the CRM aligns with business goals and functions seamlessly for all users.
Responsibilities
Strong communication skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical specifications and clearly explaining Salesforce functionalities to non-technical users
Oversee and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring stability, security, and high performance, particularly in the Lightning Experience
Customize Salesforce using declarative tools (flows, process builder, page layouts, custom objects, etc.) to meet business needs
Identify and implement process automation and enhancements using Lightning Flows and other Salesforce tools to increase efficiency
Work closely with business units to gather requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and provide recommendations on best practices
Conduct testing and quality assurance for new features and enhancements, ensuring they meet business needs and function smoothly
Ability to troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and find creative solutions to meet business needs
Manage and deploy Salesforce.com updates and releases, ensuring minimal disruption to users
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Project Management or a related discipline
3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning (Lightning Experience) features and functionality.
Fluent or native English speaker
Desirable
Experience of working on Agile project
Experience of working within a culturally diverse global company
Salesforce Certified Administrator is required. Additional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus
