Développe et supervise les méthodes  de maintenance préventives, amélioratrices, curatives et conditionnelles en collaboration avec des sous-traitants sélectionnés.

Met en place et suit des indicateurs pertinents permettant d’améliorer régulièrement la performance des installations (taux de pannes par équipements, optimisation des plans de maintenance, gestion des pièces de rechanges, augmentation des débits…)  

Gère les contrats de maintenance, rédige des cahiers des charges et réalise les plans de prévention avec les sous-traitants

Propose et gère les budgets des activités de Maintenance et des projets d’investissements

Planifie et suit les travaux (Maintenance+ Investissements) lors des arrêts techniques

Encadrement direct d’un technicien + tous les sous traitants

Bac + 2  type électro mécanicien avec 15 ans d’expérience dans une industrie type chimie ou pétrochimie

Forte orientation Méthodes Maintenance

Rigoureux, organisé, travaillant en équipe, créatif, pro actif,  convaincu de la démarche d’amélioration continue, force de proposition
