The Position

Calderys - RD Assistance Manager

Job Summary

I.Work assignments職位綜述

Undertake a group / company policies and individual performance Indicator, RD assistance manager have to assist his/her manager to set up the direction of technical development , Provide tactics , Planning of technical program and supervise / manage the program delivery.  He or she shall ensure timely according to the planning and implementation of technical program and meet internal and external customer needs. He or she also should provide refractory-related advice and support, Close links with the Group Technical Center.

II.Key Accountabilities 主要職責:

• RD team build up and management
• Supervision of research and development themes, To help on troubleshooting
• Supervision of laboratory work
• Technical support and consultation and communication for Internal and external customer
• Judgement of Product quality related to customer complaints.
• Supervision the production and maintenance of technical documents.
• The window of Communication with the Group Technology Center.
• Create new profitable businesses with new product launches.
• Actively drive the improvement of safety procedures.

III.Profile 任職要求

Required education 教育背景

• Resources 、 Materials 、 Or chemical related Engineering , University degree or above

Required experience and knowledge 相關經驗和知識

•  With Refractory knowledge or has been engaged in related industries for more than 5 years

Qualifying experience and knowledge 合格的經驗和知識

• Refractory materials industry or chemical industry related work experience is preferred.
• Understand the knowledge of unshaped refractory materials.
• Implementation of system operation and management experience in research and development topic.
• With the implementation of quality management systems operation and management experience.
• Good internal and external communication and coordination skills
• Can operate the computer, use Microsoft Office Software.
• Smooth English, can translate English writing And to write the English version of the report.
