Calderys - Manager (Marketing & Sales - Iron & Steel)

Job Summary

• To achieve the sales, receivables, gross margin targets and gaining market share through new businesses/customers
• To identify and screen opportunities, define the opportunity, propose and agree on partnerships , plan the project, implement and track the project ,demonstrate value addition and close the project, resolve customer complaints
• To maintain customer relationship by developing rapport at various levels at the customer’s end
• To monitor competitors activities and develop a suitable competitive strategy
• Regular interaction with various functions to ensure effective cross functional coordination to support achievement of company’s target
