• Responsible for all kind of compliances related to Company Health, Safety & Environment Management System.
• Ready to work in shift operations.
• Responsible for mechanical maintenance of equipment’s.
• Responsible for mechanical spares stock taking & record keeping.
• Responsible for performing preventive & periodic maintenance as per plan.
• Responsible for maintaining 5’s activities in maintenance.
• Responsible to compliance all legal & statutory requirements like Equipment Calibration, Lifting Tools Tackles pressure gauges etc.
• Responsible for preparing & reporting weekly, monthly maintenance reports.
• Must have sound knowledge of Diesel Generator operation & maintenance.
• Must have sound knowledge of Packing Machines Operation & maintenance.
• Must have sound knowledge of Mixer’s, Conveyors & Hoist/Crane operation & maintenance.
• Must have sound knowledge of Air-compressor operation & maintenance.
• Must have sound knowledge of Hydraulic Press & Electric Furnace maintenance.
