The Position

Data Administrator / Gestionnaire de Données ERP

Job Summary

Localisation: Paris / France

Reports to: Project and Data/Tool Manager

Responsabilities:

Contribution to the administration of our databases and IT tools, ensuring:

- the update of the shared tables and files of the logistic packages: ERP, TMS, APS ... (creation / administration of the article reference, customers, suppliers, update of the tariff conditions ...).

- the conformity of the "basic data" interfaced between tools used by the S&OP function or by other departments / services,

 

In connection with all ERP Supply Chain users and their managers:

- Ensure daily support to the users across countries,

- Data controlling and users training

- Guarantee the enrichment and updating of good practices related to the use of the information systems based on the registration and analysis of support requests. 

- Support to the different S&OP stakeholders,

- Responsible for the consolidation of logistics reporting by ensuring the correct application of control and reporting rules

- Become a key user on new SAP S4 Hana, IMerys Core model

Competencies & Experiences: 

​Key competencies:

• Good knowledge of data processing tools and decision support

• Good knowledge of the logistic packages (ERP)

• Comfortable with reporting indicators and dashboards

• Rigorous 

• Good analytical skills

• Good interpersonal relationship skills

• Good level of English

​Ideal background/ experience

• Formation Bac +2 / Bac +3

• previous experience in the ERP data administration / logistic database management / technical data management (article file, customer - supplier file, transport data base, user profile), preferably in industrial domain.

• ideally an experience on either: SAGE /  Generix / SAP
