PREFERRED  REQUIREMENTS

• Class AZ license with air brake endorsement.
• Mechanical abilities and knowledge.
• Knowledge of mill flotation processes
• Heavy Equipment experience (back-hoe, loader, grater)
• Lab testing and Quality Control experience
• Ability to work in the mill collecting samples from the circuits, lab testing, crusher/loader operation, basic routing maintenance duties, housekeeping and other assigned duties.
• 1 to 2 years equivalent combination of education and experience would be preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving ability and be able to follow detailed procedures and  work alone or as a team.                                    
• Computer literate:  Windows, MS Office, Excel and ability to learn other Imerys software programs directly related to data entry, process equipment, etc.

Rotational shift work and travel to and from Penhorwood mine site. (5-5-4 day/night shift schedule)
