On a daily basis, this role will lead a team of 12+ maintenance associates. Responsible for the team executing preventive maintenance activities and responding to and trouble shooting equipment failures. This plant has a wide-range of equipment that will provide you and the team interesting problem solving opportunities. The plant has over-land conveyor systems, large electric motors, cyclones, octoclones, and a kiln which will give you and the team varied and interesting work on a daily basis.
