The Position

OpEx (I-Cube) Manager (m/w/d)

Job Summary

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams im Werk Neuwied ist folgende Position schnellstmöglich zu besetzen:

Ihr Auftrag:

• Vorantreiben industrieller Performance und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung im Werk – OpEx Programm:

  • Anwendung von 5S-, Lean- und SMED-Werkzeugen

  • Durchführung der Wertstromanalyse und Umsetzung dazugehöriger Verbesserungen

  • Identifikation und Förderung von „best practices“ aus Prozesssicht

  • Leitung von Kaizen Events mit OpEx-Team, Durchführung von Ursprungsanalysen und PDCA-Methoden 

  • Ausführung und Aufarbeitung von Audits

• Follow-up und Analyse: Verbindung zwischen Operations und Finanzwesen 

  • Unterstützung von Industriellen Projekten: Amortisation und Ersparnisse berechnen

  • Erstellung monatlicher Berichte und Präsentationen an die Geschäftsleitung

  • Benchmarking und best-in-class Analysen um Kosteneinsparungen zu generieren

  • Führung eines multifunktionalen, steuernden Komitees, um follow-up und Kostenkontrolle sicherzustellen

  • Kontrolle über Investments und Ersatz

Ihr Profil:
 

• Abschluss im Ingenieurwesen: MSc. als Prozess-, oder Maschinenbauingenieur oder vergleichbarer Hintergrund

• Erfahrungen mit Lean-Management / Projektmanagement

• Sichere Handhabung von MS Office

• Erwiesenes Verständnis industrieller-, technischer- und mineralischer Verarbeitung

• Technisches Projektmanagement und Erfahrungen im Berufsfeld sind von Vorteil

• Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch

• Erwiesene analytische- und starke Problemlösefähigkeiten

• Kommunikationsstärke

• Eigenverantwortliches Handeln und „Macher“- Mentalität
