Sie verantworten die Führung von rund 45 Personen in der Produktion. In Oberhausen werden Gießhilfsmittel für den Stahlherstellungsprozess produziert. Sie leiten und überwachen die Produktion in Bezug auf Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz, Produktionsplanung, Produktqualität, Kosten- und Produktionseffizienz. In Ihrer Funktion berichten Sie an die Werkleitung.

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Überwachung des Produktionsplans um die Lieferungen gemäß der Umsatzprognose sicherzustellen

• Gewährleistung der Produktivität und Produktqualität sowie Sicherstellung des Qualitätssystems 

• Planung und Kontrolle der notwendigen Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe

• Zuweisung der geeigneten Ressourcen unter Beachtung der Qualitäts- und Kostenstandards

• Unterstützung der Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umwelt 

• Umsetzung der Imerys Protokolle aus den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz

• Unterstützung der Werkleitung bei verfahrenstechnischen Projekten

Ihr Profil:

• Universitäts- oder Master-Abschluss in der Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar 

• Führungserfahrung in der Produktionsleitung im Kontext der Prozessindustrie

• Einsatzfreude, Flexibilität sowie Leidenschaft für sicherheitsbewusstes Arbeiten

• Hands-on Mentalität mit guten Kommunikations-, Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten

• SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert

• Gute Englischkenntnisse
