The Position

Responsable de la cellule Mécanique

Job Summary

MISSIONS

Sous la responsabilité de l'Ingénieur Maintenance, Adrien LOOCK, vos missions sont :

• encadrer l’équipe de mécaniciens et les sous-traitants;
• garantir la réalisation des interventions, conformément au plan d’entretien préparé par les méthodes, tout en garantissant la qualité, la sécurité et l’efficacité de ces interventions;
• participer à l’élaboration du planning d’intervention avec le préparateur et échanger sur son avancement;

•  analyser les causes de non fiabilité et proposer des actions correctives et de fiabilisation (performance, coûts, sécurité);

• exercer également votre expertise de mécanicien pour participer à la préparation de travaux neufs ou GEE.

Vous participez également à la préparation et au suivi du budget annuel mécanique.

PROFIL

• De formation BAC + 2 à BAC + 3 filière technique (mécanique / pneumatique /hydraulique / fluides), complétée par une expérience minimum de 5 à 10 années dans le milieu de l’industrie lourde.

• Bonne maîtrise dans son domaine de compétences (mécanique, pneumatique, roulements, graissage, etc.) et connaissances de base en méthodes et électricité.

• Capacités managériales - leadership, impact, exigence.
• Capacité à agir de manière proactive et à anticiper, moteur et force de proposition, rigoureux, méthodique  ​
• Fort engagement sécurité.
