Early 2018, Imerys has launched an ambitious internal transformation program to foster efficiency within the group: MAKE IT #1. MAKE IT#1 Group wide digital transformation is reshaping Imerys Digital landscape, encompassing 5 pillars: a set of common language and processes, a global ERP Core Model S4/Hana based, a common collaboration platform (GNOC, GSOC, unified WAN) and a common unified IT organization.
MAKE IT #1 aims at implementing common IT Tools for our business units / divisions. In order to enable seamless development and roll out of these new tools, Imerys IT involved from IT division centric organization to a regional IT platform (EMEA,APAC,US)
This position is part of the EMEA IT RCC organization in the Application team.
EMEA IT RCC (Regional Competency Center) implements and enforces standards and policies as defined by the Group. EMEA IT RCC designs, deploys and supports regional and division specific solutions and applications.
The ERP Business analyst covers any ERP new applications projects or change requests on existing applications.
FS ERP (16 companies, over 60 production sites)
SAP S4/Hana ERP
ERP satellite applications (Banking, e-invoicing)
Technical skills (SQL - Streamserve would be a plus)
Travelling as requested by the projects : Up to 25%
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Roll out projects designed by the group,
Interact with MAKE IT#1 Opera roll out team to ensure migration of the entities moving from IFS to SAP S4/HANA
Ensure support for entities working with IFS.
IFS upgrade from 7.5 to App 10
Manage project for IFS enhancement
Build development specification
Take responsibility for support level 2 and 3 management
Interact with Infrastructure teams to ensure the performance of the application portfolio
Participate into Application DRP for the application portfolio he is in charge of in conjunction with the respective business stakeholders and IT Infrastructure teams.
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Inside the company
Hierarchically attached to the EMEA IFS & MES Skill center manager
Regular interactions with other IT Departments, including EMEA Service department (infrastructure, other specific applications) and MAKE IT#1 team (Business Process Owners, Data Migration, Stream lead)
Address Group level IT representatives when necessary
Outside the company

Education and Experience requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
5 years of professional hands-on experience with application management
Extensive experience implementing, migrating, managing, operating ERPs
Strong knowledge about applicative solutions
Strong expertise on IFS (Financial / Distribution / Maintenance / Manufacturing)
Technical SQL skills
Willingness to work on a wide business scope (from Production to Finance)
Fluent or native English speaker
Experience of working within a culturally diverse global company
Experience in multidisciplinary team management
Experience in SAP migration would be a plus
Conversant in French or another European language would be advantageous

International travels around Europe may require a physical effort associated with luggage and professional computer transportation. Hours can be extensive as well due to travels.
