The Position

HR Officer Apprentice

Job Summary

Bringing heat resistance, mechanical strength, conductivity, coverage or barrier effect, these specialties add essential features to its customers’ products or manufacturing processes in many industries such as consumer goods, industrial equipment and construction.


The incumbent reports to the Human Resources Director in the BA PM EMEA and supports the different on-going HR projects and processes in strong collaboration with the HR Team.


1/ Recruitment & On boarding

  • Support the HR Team in the on-going recruitment (recruitment follow up, participate to interns program recruitment)

  • Support On-boarding of new employees (announcements, build the planning with the different stakeholders, keep record...)

2/ Learning and Development

  • Support in the collection of the Individual & Collective Training needs

  • Follow up existing programs (Lead my team, Yellow Belt, Green Belt...) or future training programs in collaboration with the Group Training Team, the Site Management and the Local HR.

  • Support in the implementation of Group/BA or Team trainings;

3/ HR Data analytics (Workday):

  • Ensure the coordination, synchronization and quality of HR data, in accordance with the defined processes and work in synergy with other HR administrators

  • Ensure the production, monitoring and improvement of reports and indicators of the HR activity management for HR and Management Team.
    Produce ad hoc reports and analyses. 

  • Ask critical questions needed to evaluate data; gather, analyze, interpret data  and recommend solutions that support the defined HR strategy

4/ Employee Engagement

  • Contribute & Support the action plans & initiatives linked with Employee Engagement work stream in collaboration with the HR team


  • Master degree from a top European University - with a specialization in HR

  • First experience in HR successfully completed

  • Excellent relation and communication skills

  • Experience in modern communication tools such as distant learning or direct marketing or social media

  • Fluent in English; French would be a “plus”

  • The incumbent must hold a French work permit in force
