Business Administration Apprentice

A vacancy has arisen for a Business Administration Apprentice working within the Human Resources Function based at Par Moor Centre.

The Apprenticeship would consist of Work based learning and College attendance in order to achieve a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. 

The successful applicant would be required to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the HR team which would include Learning and Development Administration.

Applications are invited from applicants who have the following attributes :

  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent level of education

  • The ability to multi-task

  • Be able to work in a flexible manner with limited supervision

  • Work with accuracy and be able to prioritise workload

  • Have a disciplined and a confidential approach to all key tasks involving employees and sensitive information

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management and within the organisation (phone, e-mail and in person)

  • A willingness to learn and to be able to provide a quick and efficient service 

  • Effective Time Management and Organisational Skills essential

  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role would be an advantage

  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred
