The Position

CRM (Salesforce) & Commercial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

JOB  SUMMARY:

The CRM & Commercial Reporting Manager will develop data solutions to assist in the advancement of initiatives needed to support business growth and operations across PMA. The role includes the creation of analytical reporting used to ensure BI & CRM applications enhance business decision making capabilities. They will support organizational data strategies for governance, design, implementation, integration, and usage. He or she will be expected to drive the completion of projects within the established scope, while motivating business users to contribute time to the effort. He/She will work closely with IT and business partners to interpret the data and implement solutions that create visibility for internal management and operations. The role will support all of PMA, but have a focus on North America CRM and commercial/marketing data and reporting needs. He/She will also coordinate closely with counterparts in South America.

 KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with internal business stakeholders (customers), vendors, industry consultants and senior company management to define information needs, develop business cases and manage service levels (primarily related to CRM)
  • Develop business requirements and produce supporting process design documentation that clearly articulates the requirements to the IT team
  • Identify and implement data controls and maintain a constant focus on master data to ensure the integrity of data
  • Participate in data governance processes required to ensure data integrity, information optimization, and performance of the CRM.
  • Maintains product catalog in CRM, making ad hoc, as well as mass updates
  • Train / coach employees on the use of CRM tool (Salesforce). Help develop a “CRM Community” to support continuous improvement.
  • Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
  • Collaborate across Imerys to identify synergies and improve data quality; participate in workshops, committees and global initiatives

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA in a Business, Marketing, Finance or related field, MBA preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an individual contributor in customer-based reporting.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce.com
