This person is highly committed to Quality and thinks in terms of Continuous Improvement and Collaboration. He/she reports to the Quality Manager. He/she is responsible to support all Process Owners & Focal Points to develop, maintain and improve their process within the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 certified management system.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES• Supports the development and maintenance of the certified management system• Supports process focal points in writing work instructions, procedures• Identifies and resolves problems, completes internal audits and defines improvement actions• Facilitates quality risk analyses (e.g. P-FMEA)• Takes part in root cause analyses and facilitates investigations related to customer complaints• Follows up on implementation of corrective actions• Validates product quality by issuing Certificates of Analysis for each shipment• Maintains procedures aimed at ensuring the company meets the organizational and regulatory standards required for proper functioning, quality levels and customer acceptance.• Contributes to the preparation of the yearly management review meeting• Supports the Imerys Safety System (Protocols, TAKE 5, S7…).• Together with the local I³ Champion, implements the Imerys Operational Excellence program called I³ (Imerys Industrial Improvement) within your area.
