Develop Imerys Industrial Improvement system, certify people in charge of continuous improvement, provide expertise, organize knowledge sharing at Group level to ensure continuous improvement mindset generalization
Leads the audits schedule to ensure the compliance of continuous improvement program implementation and sustainability.
Ensure the development of a project management and data driven approach thanks to color belts development
Imerys Industrial Improvement system referent included evolutions
Promote the use of appropriate methodologies/tools in his/her fields of activities (Lean manufacturing, 6 sigmas…)
Through the continuous improvement audit Program that he/she manages, make sure Imerys Industrial Improvement system is implemented in a sustainable way (2 pillars of I3 : working conditions & margin improvement). Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to management.
Provide expertise in Continuous improvement methodologies in key field of competency (Lean manufacturing, Lean 6 sigma, WCM…)
Deliver skills development paths on Continuous Improvement, tools, technics & methodologies at various levels of the organization.
With Group Continuous improvement VP, take part to the recruiting process for Business Areas (BA), validate the final BA candidates for continuous improvement champions. Is the second official validator for Group I3 certification.
With Group Continuous improvement VP, organize specific events cross Business areas to distribute know-how & share good practices (Operations population)
At the interface with the Purchasing team, identify collective needs of supports for cross functional initiatives and implement solutions to address this needs
Also work with the Industry 4.0 team, industry 4.0 ( especially data analytics ) being seen as an enhancement of CI methodologies.

Ideal background/ experience
Top Engineering school (Grande école in France) or Top University (in other countries)
Good level of English (B2 minimum)
around 10 years experience in Operations Management (at least one operational position in manufacturing) & Operational Excellence program management (in an industrial Group or consulting firm)
Coming from companies recognized for continuous improvement, preferably in the process industry
