The Position

Laboratory Analyst

Job Summary

Key Tasks:

  • Performs laboratory tests

  • Issues lab reports with analysis of data, comments, suggestions, comparison with historical records and trends

  • Active participation in recipes designing in order to improve quality and/or cost

  • Participates in Implementing  a continuous improvement culture on-site:

    • Help to implement 5S visual management across the plant

    • Assist in identifying problems related to routine work

    • Support the sites in developing their performance follow-up tools

  • Support sales in technical topics and SDS/TDS update 

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of English.

  • Degree in engineering / chemistry

  • Commitment for long time

  • Good communication skills and capability to work in a team.

  • Flexibility (availability to travel to Customer’s plants and to perform overtime)

  • Autonomous and self-starter.

Ideal background/experience:

  • Experience: newly graduated or 1 to 3 years in a similar industrial environment. BS or Master’s degree an Engineering discipline (mechanical, chemical, materials science, process engineering, etc) 

  • Laboratory/ Production / Process experience valuable
