The Position

Supply Chain Performance Manager (Controller)

Job Summary

Role

• Business Partner to Business Planning & Supply Chain VP & her team, supporting Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) and supply chain decision-making process. 
• Approver for all Purchasing Cost Savings initiatives under the STEP Program.

Responsibilities

• Create processes and methods to gather and analyze supply chain data. 
• Run analysis for Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams (i.e. regarding warehousing strategy, routes to the customer etc.)
• Analyze Supply Chain profitability and identify risks and opportunities to improve business performance
• Provide predictive analysis to support supply chain forecasting in cooperation with sales 
• Support improvements to boost performance and reduce costs on what it concerns logistics & warehousing (Freight P&L)
• Coordinate with other professionals to implement changes and new systems
• Produce aggregated Supply Chain KPIs and report on supply chain performance  
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support / analysis as required to support business reviews & decisions by Business Planning & Supply Chain VP or BA SVP 
• Approve Logistic Purchasing Cost savings initiatives under STEP Program
• Validate the Spend baseline
• Challenge and Validate the logic behind the savings calculation (ie. ROI, no cost avoidance…)
• Identify any double counting
• Validate the Freight P&L impact logic (to be based on PO, Contract...)
• Approve the initiatives through Quiméo database in order for the STEP KPI to be produced on time
• Contributor to BI implementation for the Supply Chain function
• Business Planning & Supply Chain contact for IT department

Accountability

• Assess, monitor and control risks within the relevant Business Planning & Supply Chain area
• Provide accurate, timely and appropriate data to support the effective monitoring of the Industrial and supply chain activities
• Ensure compliance of business operations with company policies and best practices

• Advocate for data integrity

Background Requirement

• Previous experience in financial controlling / business analysis 
• Experience in supply chain
• Strategy experience is added advantage
