Based in Sylacauga, AL, we are hiring a Process Engineer to help the organization with technical improvement to ensure processes reach expected performances.

Responsibilities:
Provide relevant process data in order to track process performance, and systematically analyze system/equipment under-performance to determine cause and develop solutions
Establish and approve the process functional description and SOPs 
Actively participate in the commissioning of new equipment/installations
Assist in evaluation & selection of equipment & materials
Be responsible for completing pilot scale trials and applying engineering principles for process scale-up to industrial scale
Find & implement ideas to improve the profitability of various processing units 
Focus on debottlenecking, yield improvements, operating efficiency improvements, and product quality improvements.

Education/Experience:

Bachelors in Engineering discipline, preferably Chemical Engineering

Minimum 1 year experience, including internships
