MAIN TASKS 主要工作
CONSTRUCTION PHASE 施工阶段
Strictly abide by the EHS rules and regulations of the company during project construction.
Support Project team to execute projects on E & I management.
Coordinates and monitors the activities on E&I of assigned contractors performing work within the Construction disciplines and ensures compliance with project safety, quality, and schedule and cost requirements.
Coordinates the construction interface between E&I and the other disciplines
Attend EPC contractor’s 3D model review in terms of request
Participate in the review of all contractors/suppliers Quality Manuals and ITP’s for E&I matters to ensure that they meet with applicable codes, standards and Project Specifications.
Evaluate all change requests on E&I matters from contractors/suppliers
Is accountable for assuring that the Contractors E&I Construction Supervision and the QA personnel interpret drawings and specifications correctly and that the work is being performed and inspected in accordance to approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITP's).
Is responsible to participate in the review of Contractor progress reports to ensure accurate reporting and measurement of progress, and to report any potential impacts with regards to the Project Schedule.
Participate in Project Risk Reviews and development of Mitigation Plans if required.
OPERATION PHASE 运营阶段
Strictly abide by the HSE rules and regulations of the company during any maintenance and engineering activity.
To maintain safety and effective long-term management of E&I works.
Ensure proper operation of all electrical / control system components including electronic components, motors, solenoids, limit switches, PLC I/O modules and photo-eye sensors
E & I equipment site management, daily emergency troubleshooting & inspection of electrical & instrument system.
Analysis the root causes of any breakdown of the plant, and follow the action plan implementation.
Assist in the development and implementation of reliability centered maintenance strategies, set the preventive / predictive maintenance scheduling.
Management safety Instrument system issues relating to control and safety system, constantly optimize the instrument facilities, improve the automation and reliability.
Share knowledge with other technicians for maintaining and troubleshooting PLCs, instrumentation, and controls
Improve operations productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, and coordination of labor, parts, material, tools and equipment access
Bachelor degree with Major in industrial instrumentation / automation / instrument or electricity
A minimum of 8 years of E&I working experience
Good English reading skill
Working knowledge of computer skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft office
Programming for PLC (AB,Siemens）system is preferred
