The Position

Information Security Program Manager

Job Summary

Role overview: 


Imerys has engaged in a cybersecurity improvement program further to an audit requested by Imerys Board and performed by Cybersecurity experts. The Security Program Manager will take ownership of the improvement program, follow up the initiatives that have already been launched and ensure progress as planned. Actions that have not been initiated should be run as a project with their respective project manager, budget, timeframe, risk & stakeholder analysis. A global governance and reporting will be organized by the Security Program Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Cybersecurity Program:

- Launches or continues projects for each of the topics reported in the cybersecurity roadmap.
- Manages all security improvement projects within a global program.
- Organizes and documents feasibility studies, detailed studies, work breakdown structures, risk analysis, budget, time frame, governance and stakeholder analysis for each of the projects.


Strategy, Governance and Communication:
- Organizes operational and managerial reporting of the program
- Keeps users and management informed by preparing performance reports; communicating system status.
- Implements security improvements by assessing current situations; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
- Reviews or builds Imerys Information Security Policies, Procedures and Standards.
- Review and align the IT security of acquired companies to Imerys standards

Contribution to Operational security:
- Collaborates with the security operation center, network operation center, collaboration skill center, system teams, IT support teams, applications teams, communication instances and the whole IT organization to have the various action items implemented as planned.
- Works with the Computer Emergency Response Team.
- Interacts with MSSPs (managed security services providers).


Continuous improvement:
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
- Contributes to the improvement of the Imerys Security Operations Center.


Qualifications & Experience

Essential :
- 8 το 10 years of  technical experiences in IT Security, project management or auditing
International exposure
- Capability to discuss within all organizations/countries in Imerys
- Ability to interact with several project managers/engineers including senior ones
- Ability to work in multicultural environments
- Ability to organize/coordinate operations around global solutions within a multi local organization.


Desirable :
- Project management or cyber security certifications
- Conversant in French or another European language would be advantageous

Skills & Person Specification :


- Strong leadership with the ability to draw and embody a strategic vision
- Good project management skills and ability to work well under pressure so as to meet timelines and deadlines
- Ability to work within a culturally diverse global company
- Experience in communication and cooperation with geographically distributed teams
- Fluent in English
