The Position

Site Administrator

Job Summary

A vacancy has arisen for a Site Administrator.  The purpose of the role is to train in all areas of the Site Administration role across multiple sites, in order to provide support to the existing administration team.  The role is key in allowing our Plants to efficiently dispatch products to Customers.

The role includes:

  • Providing clerical assistance to personnel at all levels, interfacing with Company systems to ensure that local site transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner, supporting the Site Administration team

  • Collate, record and input all relevant employee pay and attendance details into Workday

  • Carry out daily, weekly and monthly recordings of all Production and internal movements within Dry Processing ensuring transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner to allow personnel to use this information with confidence

  • Be able to work in a flexile manner with limited supervision to meet the local demands of despatching our products to Customers/Distributors.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health, safety and quality management

  • Administer product dispatches to customers by providing correct documentation and following loca procedures

  • Use the Company’s ERP system effectively to provide administration and reporting as necessary 

  • Collate and process Engineer and Contractor hours to ensure all costs are charged and recovered from the appropriate business areas

  • Carry out calculation of Production tonnages and maintain accurate stock information on a daily basis

  • Liaising and input into the Company’s ERP system data for Mobile Plant Contractors including time reporting, internal cost allocation, Order raising and Goods receiving

  • Process purchasing requirements for the site, including liaison with the purchasing team and local buying as appropriate following the defined company guidelines

  • Management and replenishment of Site Consumables

  • Communicate information between and liaise with local sites ensuring accurate information is available to site Management

  • To provide cover across sites during periods of absence and holiday either from current location or on-site as appropriate

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • A good standard of Literacy and Numeracy

  • Proficient user of Google packages/software

  • Full Driving Licence
