The Position

Finance Manager China - WH& QY

Job Summary

KEY TASKS

1、负责工厂的财务管理,会计核算等财务日常管理工作

2、负责对接集团总部财务,及时提交集团所需各项报表 

3、负责成本核算及成本控制,做好成本分析,为成本降低提供财务支持

4、做好工厂税收筹划,按时完成纳税申报、出口退税

5、负责公司资金调配、资产管理工作 

6、负责项目成本核算、跟踪与控制工作

7、制定、完善和实施公司财务制度,分析并优化现有流程及跨部门对接及沟通,不断提高财务工作效率

8、负责资产负债表核对和跟踪

9、负责ERP系统运行与管理,确保ERP设置的正确性

10、协调公司同银行、工商、税务、统计等政府部门的关系,维护公司利益

11、协调配合公司内部控制和外部审计工作

12、完成上级交给的其他日常事务性工作

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

会计或财务专业,大专以上学历,类似相关5年以上工作经验。

有会计从业资格证书。
英语4级以上水平,邮件读写及简单口语交流。
