The Position

Regulatory Affairs & Product Safety officer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Assist and support the team in the context of the maternity leave, through the main following tasks:

  • Ensure product compliance in the applications served by the business area product portfolio, in the EMEA zone (Europe, Middle-East, Africa).

  • Respond to customer product regulatory and safety inquiries with accurate and timely responses.

  • Provide customers with compliant product regulatory and safety information (compliance statements, etc.) enabling them to use the company products in their intended applications.

  • Manage the customer product inquiries from receipt to response and closure.

  • Support the team in case of urgent internal or external regulatory or product safety inquiries (during product development or life cycle), on diverse possible applications, mainly foodstuffs, food/beverage filtration, pharmaceuticals, plastics and paints.


  • Education in a scientific discipline (from 2 years higher education).

  • Experience in regulatory affairs (or quality) would be appreciated.

  • Knowledge of the food, pharma or other chemical industry would be considered.

  • Ability and willingness to adapt to different regulatory environments.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication nature.

  • Rigor and good organization skills.

  • Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilités clés

Assister et supporter l’équipe dans le contexte d’un départ en congé, à travers les principales tâches suivantes :

  • Assurer la conformité des produits dans les applications servies par les produits du portefeuille de la Business Area, vendus dans la zone EMEA (Europe, Moyen-Orient, Afrique).

  • Répondre aux demandes réglementaires et sécurité produit des clients, avec précision et dans les délais impartis.

  • Fournir aux clients des informations réglementaire et relatives à la sécurité des produits (déclaration de conformité, etc.) leur permettant d’utiliser les produits dans leurs propres applications. 

  • Suivre les requêtes des clients depuis la réception des demandes, jusqu’à leur traitement et leur clôture.

  • Supporter l’équipe en cas de demandes urgentes internes ou externes, liées aux affaires réglementaires et à la sécurité produit (pendant les phases de développement ou au cours de la durée de vie des produits), sur diverses applications telles que les denrées alimentaires, la filtration des aliments/boissons, le pharmaceutique, les pastiques et peintures.


  • Formation dans une discipline scientifique (à partir de bac+2).

  • Une première expérience en affaires réglementaires (ou éventuellement en qualité) serait appréciée.

  • Connaissance du secteur alimentaire, pharmaceutique, ou autre industrie chimique.

  • Capacité et volonté de s’adapter à différents environnements réglementaires.

  • Forte aptitude relationnelle et nature communicative.

  • Rigueur et bonne capacité d’organisation.

  • Aisance dans l’usage de l’anglais professionnel.
