While a building’s structure might make it a house, a building’s insulation will make it a home. And, while a builder might have many insulation options to choose from, only one can claim to be totally safe: mineral foams.

Imerys has rehabilitated its Savins quarry around the town of Provins in France, and located in a prominent farming area. The project has created an area rich in biodiversity. Particularly, the body of water has, among other successes, allowed the colonization of dozens of species of flora and fauna.

On December 9, Leah Wilson, Imerys Chief Sustainability Officer and member of its Executive Committee, signed a five-year agreement on behalf of Imerys with the French National School of Geology to support the Dan Germiquet Fund.
