Reporting & Infographics Intern (Fixed Term)

Duration: 3-6 months paid internship

responsible for gathering, structuring, and visualizing key operational KPIs at a global level. The goal will be to create clear, visually compelling reports and dashboards that facilitate fast and effective decision-making.

Key Tasks

Collect and consolidate operational KPIs from Imerys Graphite & Carbon Division Team + Manufacturing Sites.
Design visually engaging reports and infographics to enhance data understanding.
Develop dashboards and other visualization tools to improve data accessibility.
Collaborate with Operations and Data Analytics teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Propose innovative ways to optimize data presentation and improve communication.

What We're Looking For

A university student pursuing a degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Communication Design, or a related field.
Proficient in Excel and ideally familiar with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar software.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Passionate about data analysis and visualization.
Fluent in both Italian and English (spoken and written)
