The operation manager leads the production team to meet customer’s requirements on product quality and on time delivery, ensuring production activity is carried out safely and efficiently.
To do continuous improvement to improve the performance of EHS, quality ,cost, efficiency, customer satisfaction at the site.
Full implementation and compliance with company EH&S policy and regulations in the production department.
Ensure daily production activity is carried out safely. Make sure company safety protocols and work procedures are followed strictly, and improve the safety maturity score
Be responsible for daily production planning, work with sales and customer service closely to make sure on time delivery.
Ensure finished goods and raw material safety stock is appropriate and well maintained. manage the operation working capital, especially in inventory control, keep good balance of OWC result and on time delivery
Ensure all the production data are recorded correctly and input into KPI and TRS tools, monitor and analyze productivity and operational efficiency performance.
Improve productivity and operational efficiency through the implementation of “continuous improvement” projects.
implementing preventive maintenance to improve the productivity efficiency and equipment lifetime
Ensure the products are made in compliance with quality control requirements.
Together with QA and QC to run the root cause analysis for quality claim and taking correction
Instructed by ISO 9001 system, and make continuous improvement
Ensure all the receipts and consumptions are acknowledged into the company ERP system.
Initiate and lead quarterly stocktaking activity.
Annual capex budget and execution
Production cost control and management
Develop subordinators by setting expectations and providing performance feedback. Provide coaching and positive/negative feedback to reinforce operation discipline
Implement and maintain good housekeeping in the production area.
Cooperate with the company to fulfill the tasks related to ISO ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004, including but not limited to communicating company environment information, make related action plans and follow it up.
To do continuous improvement by being the local champion of the I-cube team and making a positive contribution to the projects implemented at the site led by the country leader and industrial director

Education, background, level of experience
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, chemistry, materials science or other applicable engineering field from a major university, an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
3-5 years of working experience in management positions.
Full experience on factory management such as 5S, TPM, project management.
Good knowledge/ skill of Continuous Improvement and tools/standards: Process mapping, PDCA, SPC, visual management, meeting review system,and so on.
Good at analyzing the issue in a systematic way and solving it in a constructive way.
Have good management and communication skills in multiple foreign companies. Good team player.
Candidates from the auto industry are preferred.
Experience in high-value industrial products for B2B.
Proven capacity to build a network of relationships.
Initiative, self-motivation, results-oriented, team player, good communication skill.
Fluent in English & Chinese, both written and spoken.
