The Position

Customer Service & Logistics Manager Abrasives EMEA

Job Summary

We are looking for…

 Customer Service & Logistics Manager, Abrasives EMEA (m/w/d)

Location: Villach (Full-time)

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate local customer service & logistic teams in different european locations

  • Assure a proper customer relations management process

  • Ensure the continuous improvement of processes and proactively propose solutions for external & internal customers’ pain points

  • Guarantee a robust communication process towards customers, ensuring smooth, regular and update communication flows

  • Support and develop logistic networks to have a best-in-class quality of service & business processes

  • Study distribution optimization to improve cost efficiency & quality of service

  • Contribute to Master Data Quality in all relevant ERP systems

  • Actively support the neighboring functions such as sales, operations, finance, etc.

  • Support and/or lead the implementation of customer related transversal projects

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma specialisation in Commerce/Logistics

  • 10 years experience in customer service & logistics management in an international environment

  • Knowledge of SAP would be a plus (esp. S4/Hana)

  • Customer focus and service orientation

  • Team and change management

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strategic thinking and ability to challenge the status quo

  • Fluent in German and English

We offer a minimum compensation according to CBA of € 4.500 gross but with willingness to pay additional according to experience and qualifications.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Leitung und Koordination der Customer Service und Logistik Teams an verschiedenen europäischen Standorten

  • Sicherstellung eines starken Kundenbeziehungsmanagement Prozesses

  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen und proaktive Lösungsfindung für externe und interne Kundenprobleme

  • Stärkung eines robusten Kommunikationsprozesses zu Kunden, um einen reibungslosen, regelmäßigen und aktuellen Informationsfluss zu gewährleisten

  • Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung des logistischen Netzwerks, für erstklassige Servicequalität und Best-in-class Geschäftsprozesse 

  • Analyse der Optimierungspotenziale in der Lieferkette zur Verbesserung der Kosteneffizienz und der Servicequalität

  • Mitwirkung an einer hohen Stammdatenqualität in allen relevanten ERP-Systemen

  • Starke Vernetzung mit und Unterstützung der benachbarten Funktionen wie Vertrieb, Produktion, Finanz, etc.

  • Unterstützung sowie Leitung von kundenbezogenen, übergreifenden Projekten

ANFORDERUNGEN:

  • Bachelor-Abschluss oder Diplom-Fachrichtung Handel/Logistik

  • 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenservice & Logistikmanagement in einem internationalen Umfeld

  • SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil (insb. S4/Hana)

  • Kundenfokus und Serviceorientierung

  • Team- und Veränderungsmanagement

  • Effektive zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten

  • Strategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, den Status Quo zu hinterfragen

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
