Leah joined Imerys in 2017 as a Director in CSR and has continuously supported Imerys’ increasing focus on sustainability. She started her career holding various operational and business development roles in engineering and international development in Canada. In 2007, she became Sustainability and Environment manager at Saipem, an engineering and construction company in the energy sector where she managed sustainability, environment, and health and safety in Singapore, Australia, France, and many other countries around the world.

Currently, Leah is successfully driving Imerys’ sustainability agenda to support Imerys’ business strategy, including stewarding the Group decarbonization roadmap. As of October 1st, 2022, Leah was appointed Group Chief Sustainability Officer and member of the Executive Committee.
