Mission

The project intern will support the plant manager and business teams of different Imerys plants in the local coordination & completion of the site activities towards SAP implementation.

The intern will be present on site which will allow him/her to be integrated into an industrial company environment. He/she will be trained on operational processes and SAP (S4/Hana).
He/She will participate in the transformation/adaptation of data and business processes to adapt to the SAP solution.
The internship will cover all parts of the implementation, including purchasing, procurement, customer service, logistics and financial consolidation, with a with a strong specific focus on industrial production, quality and maintenance.

During all phases of the project, the intern will be acting alongside the project teams and factory teams on the following aspects:

Support the stream leader in coordinating key users on the project
Understand operational activities and plant specifications
Monitoring data creation and preparation follow-up
Perform accessibility and functional test on SAP
Training/coaching/support

Profile
2nd/3rd year of engineering school (with a specialization in Industry, Supply Chain, Controlling, etc.)
Advanced level in Italian. A good level of English (B2).
Skills

Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels
Ability to support change management
Willingness to help and support operations teams
Flexible and cultural integration skills
