KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Sales: x Be responsible for the sales activity of small to midsize accounts.
x Post visit reports in the CRM system (Salesforce), communicate on one’s action with the organization (direct, functional, transversal management), prepare monthly sales reports, prepare presentations for quarterly regional meetings.
x Implement the pricing policy according to the guidelines defined by the organization. Provide to the Customer Service necessary information for quotations or invoices.
x Support other accounts if requested by the Sales Managers.
x Establish and nurture relationships with the assigned customers
● Opportunity Management: Elaborate plans and strategies for developing new commercial opportunities and achieving the sales goals with strong ability to build both internal and external relationships (regular reviews throughout the year)
● Sales Excellence (Continuous Improvement): Contribute to sales effectiveness and development strategies including ensuring appropriate analysis and action plans are in place
● Budgeting: Participate in the building of the annual sales plan/ budget forecast and mid-term plan of the perimeter
● Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and share them with the respective Sales Managers. Ensure forecast accuracy and jointly manage customer relationship with Customer Service Team
● Marketing: Execute the commercial roadmaps developed for the segment or products or geography
● Marketing Intelligence: Consolidate the market information (e.g. price, volume of customers, competitors). Analyse sales trends/preparation of reports for management/provide it with proactive advice on the business
● Back-office: deal with sample requests, complaints, tracker or new tools
● Customer Centricity: Ensure business is servicing the existing customer base at (or surpassing) expectations and developing new growth opportunities in each circuit and market segment. Look for customers’ feedback, participate in customer satisfaction survey
● Key Account Management: Whenever relevant, support Key account manager or Sales directors for some larger accounts, including but not limited to: negotiating short term and long term contract, Identify growth/ profitability improvement opportunities and advance the relationships with customers in order to fully capture them
