Vollkontinuierlicher Betrieb mit 4 Schichten

Bericht an die Produktionsleitung

Wesentliche Aufgaben:

Betreiben der PCC Produktionsanlage zur Herstellung von gefälltem Calciumcarbonat sowie Führung der Schichtgruppe (2 Mitarbeiter)
Sicherstellung der Produktion gemäß Vorgaben unter Berücksichtigung von Sicherheit, Umweltschutz, Qualität, Menge und Kosten
Einteilen und Unterweisen der unmittelbar unterstellten Mitarbeiter
Kontrolle der Schichtberichte und führen der Produktionsberichte.
Meldung und Koordination von Instandhaltungsarbeiten
Arbeitsfreigaben für Reinigungs-, Kontroll- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
Anpassen von Prozessparametern gemäß unseren Qualitätsvorgaben
Durchführung regelmäßiger Kontrollgänge durch die Anlage
Mitarbeit/Durchführung von Projekten und Verbesserungsinitiativen

Qualifikation:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemikant (w/m/d) mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbar, Ausbildung zum Industriemeister oder Techniker ist ein plus
Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter zu führen und zu entwickeln
Teamfähigkeit, soziale und kommunikative Kompetenz
Erfahrung und Tauglichkeit für Fahr-, Steuer- und Überwachungstätigkeiten (Leitstand)
Bereitschaft und Tauglichkeit für vollkontinuierliche Wechselschicht
SAP- und Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
