The Position

Commercial Financial Manager

Job Summary

Based at our NA headquarters in Roswell, GA, Imerys is hiring a Commercial Financial Analyst. In this role, you will act as a data advocate and business facilitator, leveraging sales, market and customer analytics to accelerate growth.

Location: Roswell, GA (Hybrid role: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)


  • Essential Business Partner to VP, Sales Directors and Product Management 

  • Interface and collaborate across functions, to drive process improvement

  • Facilitate monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews; tracking commercial KPI metrics, evaluation of sales incentive programs, and ad-hoc requirements to identify and address variances.

  • Build and lead monthly business analysis and reporting: volume, price, mix, freight, order book, gross margin 

  • Lead predictive analysis and sales forecasting process, in cooperation with demand planning and sales team, and provide insights and outlier analysis

  • Manage F&LS customer past due cash collection and open credit analysis. Facilitate continuous improvement across collections, finance, credit, sales and customer service.

  • Key user and F&LS lead for customer relationship management software (Salesforce) 

  • Lead annual pricing, and budget forecasting processes 

  • Own data integrity at the BOM level 

  • Support sales, marketing and product management with analysis of competitors, import export stats , market performance, rebates,  price negotiations, customer and product profitability, 

  • Track projects and key metrics such as contracts, implementation of capex/ new projects, share-shift, NPD..etc. 

  • Proactively evaluate and offer recommendations regarding financial impact of business changes, projects, and conduct after action reviews for key projects through planning, analysis and budgets


  • Expert in Excel, Google sheets 

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Engineering or Business related field

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a data analysis related role

  • Strategy experience is added advantage
